Two girls, one chef and a brilliant idea. First came the purchase of 'The Bakery', a unique converted bakery at Deagon in Queensland, then came the brilliant idea of a cooking school and the commitment of enthused chef Chris Walton.
Grass Tree Kitchen was born in 2009 when Prue Daly and Neisha Cass couldn't help but share the gorgeous kitchen in the unique and delightful residence of 'The Bakery'. Doors opened to food lovers everywhere in November 2009 for the first class 'Sweet & Savoury Pastries' and since that day, Grass Tree Kitchen has been a popular cooking school teaching tastes and techniques from all over the world.
Prue Daly and Neisha Cass present hands on classes at Grass Tree Kitchen sharing their passion for food in the relaxed home environment. The use of mainly domestic appliances and equipment, that you would have in your own home, is what makes recreating these dishes for your friends and family easy and enjoyable.
