This tour lets you experience the unique cuisine and culture of Bali.

How our Tours Work:
Simply organise your own flights to Bali and our personal driver will pick you up from the airport or your hotel. We will meet you in the beautiful grounds of the very private Anyar Estate located in the traditional village of Banjar Anyar in Kerobokan, north of Seminyak. www.anyarestate.com

Boasting breathtaking views over Bali’s rice paddies, Anyar Estate offers a wonderful private Bali Villa experience meeting all your lifestyle needs including full time staff, private swimming pools, spacious stylish bedrooms with en-suites and fully equipped kitchens all set in lush tropical gardens.

What we do:
Day One - Arrive in time for dinner on Sunday 9th September at Anyar Estate and meet your fellow food lovers by the pool with cocktails and dinner prepared by our very distinguished Balinese chef.

Highlights will include:

Visit a local rice farm, enjoy the quite countryside of Bali's, back roads and witness first-hand the daily life of rural rice farmers - We will go on a short walk into rice paddies where you can experience what it is like to grow, harvest and process rice.
Visit a sweet stall and watch one of the local elders make the amazing sticky rice treats wrapped in banana leaves.
 
Morning visit to the food markets with a local cooking school and learn to cook with the amazing ingredients you have collected.
Tour of the fish markets. BBQ lunch at Jimbaran Bay on the beach. 
Our drivers will be available to transport you during any free time you may have.
Cooking Classes will include dishes to tempt your taste buds:- Mie Goreng, Roasted White Eggplant, Tempe Curry, Fern Salad and Green Coconut Crepes,  Chicken Curry, Stir-fried Eggplant, Bean-coconut Salad, Coconut and Anchovy Sambal, Sago Pudding.


Day Six - Check out at 10am on Friday 14th September and depart for home, or continue on with your own Balinese experience.

Includes:

5 night's accommodation in a luxury Villa (twin share)
Daily breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Dinner will be served with cocktails and local beers
Transport and entrance fees associated with all included activities

Cost:
$1,650 per person, twin share.
Only 10 places available on this tour, so book your place early to avoid disappointment.

Deposit:  $650 to confirm your booking, balance paid in full by the 1st July 2012.
